To mark Digital Awareness Week, that will be celebrated next week, we were delighted to welcome Thrive Academy into school today. They delivered Digital Wellbeing and Resilience Workshops to Years 9 & 10
The aim of the Year 9 workshop was to establish what is real and what is fake online, as well as how to identify fake news. Whereby, the Year 10 workshop aimed to increase students digital resilience by improving their knowledge on the risks and negatives of using social media. In addition, students were encouraged to consider how to advise a younger person to get the most out of their online space. 💻 📱 Thrive Academy
