Vaccination of 12 – 15 year olds

Dear Parent/Guardian

We would like to invite your child to receive their Covid Vaccination at the Mass Vaccination Centre, Seven Towers Leisure Centre, Ballymena. Appointments are available from 3- 6pm week days and from 9 -5 on Saturdays and Sundays. Please boo appointment online at :-

· Ensure you proceed through the system and hit confirm otherwise your booking will not have been made

All children must either attend with a parent/person with parental responsibility or bring a signed consent form on the day. Consent forms and information leaflets have been sent to you via the school.

NB: Children who have had a positive covid test in the previous 28 days should postpone their vaccination until after this period.

The NHSCT school nursing team will also be attending your child’s school in late November to offer your child the COVID vaccination. The date and detail of this will be shared with parents in advance and completed consent forms must be presented on the day. If your child is due to complete exams at this time, we recommend you attend the vaccination centre in advance of this.
